MrMatch does not normally store full card details. Payments are processed by authorized payment providers.

Verification information may be processed by MrMatch and trusted third-party service providers for: Confirming that a user is a real person, Preventing fake profiles, Reducing impersonation, Supporting Safe Date features, Awarding verification status or Shield status, Preventing fraud and misuse, and Protecting users and the platform.

Verification checks help improve trust and safety, but no verification process can guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, behaviour, or future actions.

5. AI-Assisted Features

MrMatch may offer AI-assisted features, including: Chat suggestions, Conversation starters, Icebreakers, Profile assistance, Recommendations, Safety-related guidance, and Other automated tools.

Information used with AI-assisted features may be processed to provide suggestions, improve the platform, detect abuse, and support user experience.

AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only. Users are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send, publish, or act on any AI-generated content.

6. Emails, Marketing, and Notifications

MrMatch may send you emails, SMS, push notifications, or in-app notifications related to: Account creation, Login and security, Verification, Match alerts, Messages, Safe Date updates, Safety notices, Membership and Diamond purchases, Platform updates, Customer support, and Promotions and marketing.

Service-related messages are necessary for operating the platform and may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages.

Marketing messages may include updates, offers, feature announcements, membership promotions, Diamond promotions, and launch-related communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link where available or by contacting support. Some important account, safety, legal, and transaction messages cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

Safe Date is designed to support user safety, but users remain responsible for using caution, making informed decisions, and following safe dating practices.

MrMatch may use automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, manual review, and community reporting to help detect: Fake profiles, Impersonation, Fraud, Abuse, Harassment, Spam, Unsafe behaviour, and Violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines.

We may review profile content, messages, photos, verification results, reports, and account activity where necessary to protect users and the platform.

9. Memberships, Diamonds, and Digital Services

MrMatch offers paid memberships, Diamonds, and other digital services.

Membership purchases, Diamond purchases, and other platform payments may be processed by Morant Terra or authorized payment providers acting on behalf of MrMatch.

Diamonds are virtual digital items used only within the MrMatch platform. Diamonds have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or compensation unless required by law.

Transaction records may be used for billing, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to: Keep users signed in, Remember preferences, Improve website performance, Understand platform usage, Detect security issues, and Improve marketing and user experience.
