2A. Identity & Verification Services

To help maintain a safer and more trusted community, MrMatch may require users to complete identity verification, facial verification, liveness verification, photo verification, document verification, or other security checks.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and verification of information provided for these purposes.

MrMatch may use third-party verification providers, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, and human review processes to assist with verification and fraud prevention.

MrMatch reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that fail verification requirements or where verification results indicate potential impersonation, fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Verification checks are intended to improve trust and safety on the platform. However, no verification process can guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or future actions of any member.

3A. One Person - One Account

You may not create multiple accounts or use accounts on behalf of others.

4A. AI-Assisted Features

MrMatch may provide AI-powered features, including conversation starters, chat suggestions, profile assistance, recommendations, and other automated tools designed to enhance the user experience.

AI-generated content is provided for convenience and inspiration only. Users remain solely responsible for all messages, content, decisions, and interactions made through the platform.

MrMatch does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. Users should review and use their own judgment before sending messages or acting on any AI-generated content.

MrMatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features at any time.

4B. Child Safety and CSAE

MrMatch, operated by Mr Match Pty Ltd, is an 18+ dating app. MrMatch strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

When MrMatch obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we remove or restrict the material, permanently ban the responsible account, and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority as required by applicable law.

5A. Safe Date and Trusted Contact Features

MrMatch may provide Safe Date and other safety-focused features to help users plan and manage offline meetings.

When a user chooses to use Safe Date, the user may add a trusted contact, such as a friend or family member, and choose to share date-related information with that trusted contact.

Safe Date information may include: Date time, Date location, Selected meeting details, User check-in status, Safety alerts, Location-sharing information (where enabled), and information required to allow the trusted contact to view or track Safe Date status through a secure link.

MrMatch may send SMS messages, emails, push notifications, or other alerts to the trusted contact selected by the user. These messages may include date-related information and a secure link that allows the trusted contact to view Safe Date details or track the user’s Safe Date status from their own device without downloading the MrMatch app.

By adding a trusted contact, the user confirms that they have permission to provide that trusted contact’s name, phone number, email address, or other contact details to MrMatch for the purpose of delivering Safe Date alerts and related safety communications.

Trusted contact information is used only to provide Safe Date and related safety features, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Safe Date is designed to support user safety, but it does not replace personal judgment, emergency services, or responsible safety precautions. Users remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to meet another person.

6A. Paid Memberships, Diamonds, and Digital Services

MrMatch offers fixed-period paid memberships, Diamonds, and other digital services that provide access to additional features and benefits within the platform.

Paid memberships are one-time purchases for the selected period shown at the time of purchase. MrMatch does not automatically renew memberships and does not charge users on a recurring subscription basis unless this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

When a paid membership period ends, access to paid membership features will end unless the user chooses to purchase another membership period.

Membership purchases, Diamond purchases, Incognito access, Boosts, Fire Mode add-ons, and other platform payments may be processed by Morant Terra or other authorized payment providers acting on behalf of MrMatch.

Diamonds are virtual digital items that may be earned, purchased, or provided through promotions. Diamonds may be used within the MrMatch platform for selected features, including extra actions, Boosts, Incognito access, Fire Mode add-ons, and other digital services made available from time to time.

Diamonds have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for money or any other form of compensation, except where required by applicable law.

Some digital services may be activated immediately after purchase or use of Diamonds. Once a membership, Diamond purchase, Incognito period, Boost, Fire Mode add-on, or other digital service has been delivered, activated, or used, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

MrMatch may change, replace, remove, limit, suspend, or update memberships, Diamond features, pricing, digital services, offers, plan names, feature limits, and availability at any time.

Pricing, membership duration, Diamond options, taxes, regional offers, and available payment methods may vary by country, platform, device, payment provider, or promotional campaign.

6B. Virtual Items

Diamonds are virtual items provided solely for use within the MrMatch platform. Users do not acquire any ownership rights in Diamonds or other virtual items. Diamonds may only be used for features made available by MrMatch and may not be sold, transferred, traded, or redeemed outside the platform.
